The walls of my ephemeral studio are so old you have to share the room with layers of ghosts. At least they are colorful.
Lead singer and guitar player of former band rHESUS, Lian Ray could be one of the last rock oddball (perhaps) alive. Definitively an intriguing character whose (beautiful) solo album could set sail to the world anytime, whenever this rare bird decide to let it go. You have press photo, now, let it go...

Do you remember those days when we were using instant films? You certainly do. They came with a negativ sheet fading away swiftly (ending usually in the closest trash bin). Any souvenir of the chemical stripes drifting from one edge to the other? Like an analogic glitch. Bleaching haïkus...
Cannes, June 2014: I was late for the opening ceremony of the Fashion and Beauty Photograpy International Festival. I'm a bit ashamed of that part but I'm much more proud to have been granted the Young Talent award. I usually make a drawing of my intentions before shooting a picture. Sometime, i doodle after the photograph. Perhaps, there is an adjacent world, where both actions collide.
I usually don't fancy scholia and explanations about photography, but I was thinking recently that I could share some thoughts, from time to time, about how the craft of making pictures mesmerizes me. I'm not really a talkative person, so I guess this will be mostly images...

As one may have read it somewhere, the famous photoreporter shot the 2013 Pirelli Calendar and I was lucky enough to be sent in Rio for a 90 seconds "meet and shoot a portrait".
Before catching my flight back, I could meet Redemption, but alas, it was in the myst.

I went on a scouting errands on the North Sea border, few weeks ago. I hadn't been there since ever. At least! It's funny how things aren't even tainted by souvenirs. Except the smell from the sea.
